Meet Brian Mac
As a professional trainer with over 20 years of experience, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
I have been a full time Fitness Professional & Fitness Trainer in Mt. Pleasant since 1999. I have and owned/operated my own business “Brian Mac Fitness, LLC” since 2001. My prior and current certifications include: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Crossfit Strongman Trainer, IFPA Certified Personal Trainer, IFPA Advanced Certified Trainer, IFPA Geriatric Certified Trainer, TRX Suspension Training, “Johnny G” Spinning Certificate, Bootcamp Instructor, Licensed Neuromuscular Massage Therapist, Referee & Judge for American Power lifting Association. I am also an Army veteran. US Army Combat Engineers 1993-1998. Inactive Ready Reserve 1998-2002.
